A typical licensing engagement
Initial consultation
We review your product formulation, intended claims, and target market to confirm NHP eligibility and identify the applicable Health Canada monograph(s).
Documentation & preparation
You provide supporting documentation — ingredient specifications, manufacturing details, and evidence of safety and efficacy. Our team prepares the application, typically within one week of receiving complete documentation.
Filing to Health Canada
We submit the completed Natural Health Product application on your behalf and manage all correspondence with Health Canada's Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate.
Review & response
If Health Canada requests clarification or additional information, we handle the response — this is where our track record of 99%+ approvals over the last decade matters most.
Licence granted
Once approved, your product receives its Natural Product Number (NPN) and is cleared for legal sale in Canada.
